Deepest snow in Tignes in years
There are around 2.5m at Le Lac & 4m at Grande Motte
What a season we're having! Tignes hasn't seen so much snow in January since 1981 and it just keeps coming.
Conditions have been quite challenging this week with a big snowfall on Tuesday and another one this weekend that just keeps going. Pistes, however, are in fantastic conditions and empty.
Avalanche risk has been fluctuating between 4/5 and 5/5, so be careful out there and stay away from the off-piste unless you're with a guide or instructor.
Tignes dump alerts and snow reports are brought to you by Floss, from FreeFlo Ski. Read more from her on her website.
