What's on the Events Calendar so Far this Year in Tignes
Take a look at what's going on this winter in Tignes
Sadly the X Games won't be retuning to Tignes again this year or in the near future, but fear not, there's still heaps of competitions, races and parties to keep you entertained this winter.
Lots more events are still to be confirmed, but here's how the calendar is looking so far..
Just before Christmas an open-air circus is coming to town, followed by a huge amount of Xmas and New Year revelry which you can keep up to date with by following our nightlife & apres ski reporters in their weekly posts, which start again in December.
In January Tignes plays host to the Royal Navy Alpine Champoionships and the Handisport world cup, followed up in February with a series of live music gigs, the Danish National Freestyle competition and a global gathering of Monoskiers..
In March it's time for some more freestyle with the SFR freestyle tour and the Air ladies quarter pipe competition, followed by European Snow Pride & then the Brits and the British Alpine Ski Championships..
